• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Labor relation employee management training development

What is required:

• HR experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience coaching and interacting with various positions throughout the organization.
• Experience developing and implementing action plans to build strong team oriented and positive employee relations environment.
• Experience facilitating employee and supervisory training strongly preferred.
• Senior experience with unionand labor relations is a must
