We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner to support our rapid growth in the dynamic Dutch market. In this pivotal role you will play a crucial part in managing HR matters policies benefits and performance. The position emphasises the importance of ownership selfleadership and proactive initiativetaking. As an HR Business Partner you will be instrumental in promoting our values driving business success through strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive and inclusive culture while closely monitoring team dynamics. Your role involves partnering with management guiding them to understand individual and team development needs and contributing as a valuable member of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive our HR strategy and initiatives.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees offering guidance on procedures and policies to enhance employee engagement retention and productivity.

  • Utilise your expertise in people data analytics and insights to create a comprehensive overview leveraging data to enhance the overall employee experience.

  • Assess and promote a positive and inclusive culture through effective communication and engagement strategies.

  • Identify learning and development needs collaborating with management to implement training programs and support career development initiatives that strengthen employee growth and retention.

  • Stay informed about industry trends best practices legal developments and other relevant information to maintain optimal HR strategies within Budbee.

  • Manage and enhance the onboarding process implement and oversee our performance management system and ensure alignment with compliance policies.

  • Function as a confidential counsellor addressing employee concerns and providing support.

  • Implement strategies related to sick leave management.


Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the HR field people management or related roles with a minimum of 3 years working independently. Experience in a startup scaleup or fastpaced environment is considered a significant plus.

  • Knowledge of HR processes trends Dutch Labour Law and legal requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and initiativetaking approach.

  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.

  • Proficient in both professional English and Dutch.

  • Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment and society.

  • Monthly salary starting from 4000 gross per month based on relevant work experience and education (excluding holiday allowance).
