Responsibilities:

Cultivate Talent: Develop a keen eye for spotting talent and nurturing potential. Whether its through innovative sourcing techniques or engaging employee development programs youll play a pivotal role in building and retaining our stellar team.

Understanding Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends content formats and audience preferences in both radio and OTT platforms. This understanding will help you identify talent that aligns with the evolving needs of the industry

Embrace Startup Culture: Dive into the fastpaced everevolving world of a startup. Bring your energy adaptability and passion to the table as we navigate through exciting challenges and opportunities together.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest hiring trends and industry innovations. From sourcing top talent to implementing cuttingedge HR practices your insights will drive our recruitment strategy forward.

Manage Talent: Take charge of our ongoing tech and nontech roles ensuring we have the right people in place to fuel our growth. Collaborate closely with hiring leads to understand their needs and deliver exceptional talent solutions.

EndtoEnd Ownership: From the moment a candidate applies to their last day on the job youll be there every step of the way. Lead the charge on recruitment onboarding and exit processes ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone involved.

Qualifications:

Startup Savvy: Preferably 23 years of experience in a startup environment is highly preferred. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with working in a dynamic fastpaced startup culture.

Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve with your knowledge of current hiring trends and best practices especially within the content and content marketing roles for the radio or OTT industry. Your ability to adapt and innovate will be key to our success.

Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in a teamoriented environment where collaboration is key particularly in roles related to content and content marketing for radio or OTT platforms. Work closely with hiring leads crossfunctional teams and external partners to achieve our hiring goals and drive business impact.
