retailcloud platform consists of omnichannel apps APIs payments & analytics applications for business owners. We help small mid & Large businesses and make retail simple .we are seeking a dedicated Junior HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Position Overview:
The HR Assistant will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about human resources and eager to gain handson experience in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates including job boards social media networking and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process providing updates and feedback as appropriate.
  • Assist in the negotiation of job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the applicant tracking system and other HR databases.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed including but not limited to employee engagement performance management and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes including preparing paperwork conducting orientations and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases ensuring accuracy completeness and confidentiality.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as drafting employment contracts processing employee changes and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement performance management training and development.
  • Assist with payroll processing including timekeeping data entry and ensuring compliance with payroll policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about HR best practices employment laws and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in HR or a related field required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
