Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper to join our team at a prominent estate located on the Gold Coast of Long Island. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and professional attitude with a polished demeanor and a strong background in luxury hospitality specifically in luxury hotels or estates.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of formal service with a keen attention to detail and the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
    Maintain highlevel finishes throughout the estate ensuring that all areas are impeccably clean and wellmaintained.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team collaborating with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
    Conduct turndown service according to established protocols ensuring that guest accommodations are comfortable and inviting.
    Adhere to established cleaning procedures and schedules maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas.
    Assist with special projects and additional duties as needed demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury hotels or estates is required with a thorough understanding of all aspects of formal service.
    Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential for effective interaction with colleagues and guests.
    Ability to work afternoon or evening shifts as needed to accommodate the needs of the estate.
    Proactive approach to work with a strong sense of professionalism and dedication to excellence.
    Knowledge of turndown service procedures and techniques is preferred.
    Must demonstrate a high level of discretion and respect for privacy maintaining confidentiality at all times.
