Housekeeping/Homemaking

Job Description:

You will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of Airbnb properties for our valued customers and providing housekeeping services to our valuable clients. You will be responsible for preparing properties for guest arrival and maintaining a high level of cleanliness during their stay. Your attention to detail attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in providing an exceptional experience for our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform cleaning duties at Airbnb properties including but not limited to:

Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms kitchens and living spaces

Changing linens and making beds

Dusting and vacuuming

Restocking essential amenities

Managing laundry as needed

Performing thorough inspections to ensure properties meet our quality standards prior to guest before guest arrival.

Communicate with property owners and our team to report any maintenance or supply needs

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability in all interactions with clients and team members.

Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate guest turnover and cleaning assignments.

Requirements:

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not required.

Attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Excellent time management skills.

Reliable transportation to and from Airbnb properties.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills.

Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
