Housekeeper Cook

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Cook for a private residence located in the Rosedale neighborhood of Toronto. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the residence along with regular meal preparation. This position is fulltime liveout Monday to Friday 9am5pm with flexibility. This role also requires travelling to a summer property during the summer months spending approximately 6 weekends up north. Accommodation and a staff vehicle will be provided for this purpose.

Candidate Profile:
You are an experienced and wellrounded housekeeper who enjoys keeping a clean and organized home. You have a strong understanding of household hygiene and cleaning best practices. You have a passion for cooking are comfortable with meal prep and can confidently follow a recipe. You have a good eye for detail and are comfortable working while the family is home.

Applicant Qualities:

• Must have previous experience working in a private residence
  
• Excellent housekeeping laundry and ironing skills; correct use of products and methods for fine finishes and surfaces
  
• Strong cooking and food preparation skills
  
• Must maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times exercise diplomacy discretion and respect of boundaries
  
• Valid Ontario drivers license is required
  
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
