Hotel or Airport Representative in Turkey Starting in March German Speaker

Tasks

Your responsibilities as Hotel or Airport Representative:

• You choose your preference: whether working as Hotel or Airport Representative
• Work face to face with customers onsite
• Help to make travel plans answer questions and give direction
• Make sure clients decide on which excursions to book or cars to rent (Hotel Representative)
• Welcoming guests at the airport for a smooth arrival (Airport Representative)
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

Skills qualifications and interests to succeed as a Hotel or Airport Representative:

You bring the necessary soft skills to work in a client faced environment the company will care for the rest. Training on every important aspect of the job will be provided for you there is no prior work experience needed.

Other requirements are

• Level C1 German and B2 English
• Minimum age of 18
• Comfortable to communicate with clients in an intercultural environment
• Solution oriented mindset
• Problem solving ability by being an active listener and communicator
• Passion for the tourism industry
• Ideally drivers licence
• Required papers to work in Turkey (Tax Number and Social Security Number)

• Working hours: fulltime (40h/week) on a rotating schedule
• Your basic salary starts from 19.825 Turkish lira net/month with possibility to earn commission.
