We a charming Aparthotel in Mali Loinj Croatia boasting three exquisite apartments located in a prime waterfront position are looking for a dedicated host team (2 persons) to strengthen our small team. Our goal is to provide our guests with an unforgettable stay that reflects the beauty and tranquility of our location. In addition to the breathtaking view we offer a beautiful accommodation free of charge for our host team. If you have a passion for working in hospitality and have a knack for providing people with a home away from home you could be the team we are looking for.

Tasks

• You welcome our guests and ensure a smooth enjoyable stay
• You manage bookings and inquiries via email phone and in person
• You Coordinate and oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the apartments
• You provide information about the local area including recommendations for restaurants attractions and activities
• You handle guest feedback and ensure high satisfaction standards

Requirements

• You have strong communication skills in German and English; any additional language is a plus
• You are friendly and have a strong sense of service
• You are an organizational talent who wants to take responsibility
• You have good computer skills and already some experience with booking systems
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and holidays round out your profil
