Requirements

  • Someone who can coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency

  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments and other tasks for the upper management

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.

  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data

  • Track stocks of supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and checkout procedures.

  • Respond to guests inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain a clean, organized and presentable work area.

  • Handle cash, credit card and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Assist with setup, service and cleanup for events and functions.

  • Follow established health and safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas and back of house.

  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.

  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

  • Food handling and preparation
