• Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with business units & leadership to understand their challenges goals and requirements.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to gather comprehensive insights into business processes.
• Requirements Gathering
• Elicit and document clear and concise business requirements ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements for emerging technologies including but not limited to AIML Generative AI XR Blockchain etc.
• Solution Mapping
• Work closely with the technology team to map solutions that address identified business pain points.
• Leverage understanding of emerging technologies to propose innovative and effective solutions.
• Technology Integration
• Provide guidance on the implementation of emerging technologies to enhance overall business performance.
• Work closely with crossfunctional delivery teams & collaborate with global partners and customers for Proof of Concepts Minimum Viable Product and endtoend solution development.
• Risk Assessment
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions.
• Work with the team to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements technical specifications project reports & technology roadmaps.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and key milestones.
• Technology Evaluation
• Assess and evaluate emerging technologies that could be beneficial for the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to recommend relevant technologies.

• MBA degree is a must have.
• Certifications in areas of emerging technology are a good to have

• Good understanding of emerging technologies (Blockchain Mixed Reality etc.) and proven experience to apply them in business contexts.
• Strong technofunctional experience coupled with excellent business analysis skills.
• Technical Areas: Requirements Gathering Requirements Analysis Prioritizing Strategy Project Management Product Management Microsoft Office Microsoft Visio Figma Balsamiq User Experience Architecture.
• Domain (nice to have): Core Engineering background and understanding.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage influence and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills
• Creative thinker with a vision and Attention to details. Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customerfirst mindset.
• Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping iterative development.
