Tasks Main duties & responsibilities: • Collaborate with the product marketing unit on strategy, messaging, product launches, and marketing materials for SMBs and large enterprises. • Optimize SEO, campaigns, ads, and media buying with the growth marketing team, using data-driven insights to boost campaign effectiveness and ROI. • Assist the community management team in managing social media, answering customer inquiries, and fostering interactions on platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram. • Create engaging content in Arabic and English, including blog posts and social media content. • Coordinate with graphic designers, agencies, and internal teams for cohesive marketing materials across channels. For this role, it is essential that you: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 2-4 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on product marketing, growth marketing, or community management, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry. • Proven track record of successful product marketing campaigns and growth initiatives. • Experience in managing social media platforms and engaging with online communities. • Proficiency in crafting compelling and effective marketing content. • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics. • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities. • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
