As Salon HR Manager in FTV your tasks will include:
1. Filling positions within the organization (Inhouse Recruitment)
2. Designing and Implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
3. Developing your own network of suitable candidates.
4. Hiring from Naukri LinkedIn etc Portals.
5. Handling of administration and recordkeeping.
6. Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
7. Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
8. Drafting and posting job descriptions.
9. Interviewing candidates.
10. Networking with various institutions and social media.
11. Negotiation skills.

12. Onboarding process.
