Job Description

The Helpdesk Consultant is responsible for meeting and exceeding client service level agreements (SLAs) by responding to all maintenance requests effectively managing all active jobs and providing support to all contractors and subcontractors.


Here s an overview of your future role:
Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Shifting
Work Setup: Onsite at Makati for 1 month Work from Home after

What do you need to succeed
  • Experience in a Helpdesk role within a Facilities Management Building or Construction environment (preferred)
  • Highly proficient user of Word Excel and Power Point
  • Prior experience in planning scheduling and/or prioritising caseloads or jobs

Helpdesk

  • Work Orders and Purchase Orders:
  • Create and update workorders as required
  • Ensure all contracts have Work Orders and Purchase Orders created within CMMS database
  • Ensure all Work Orders have client orders (where applicable)
  • Client Liaison and Job Prioritization
  • Answer calls and action Client / Contractor / Employees requests as required
  • Calli and book in the appropriate Trades for emergency calls to ensure properties are safe
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming jobs
  • Action and prioritize all Helpdesk email items
  • Ensure all helpdesk requests are actioned within agreed timeframes and SLA s
  • Update each job status(s) within required systems (CMMS/ Client Database(s)/phone/email)
  • Update Client systems as required
  • Liaise with Clients as necessary
  • Any other duties as required or directed by the Help Desk Manager

Compliance

  • Comply with all Helpdesk processes and procedures
  • Comply with CBC policies and procedures
  • Ensure you keep up to date with implemented changes and information
