Heavy Equipment Mechanic

A growing heavy equipment outfit shop is seeking a Red Seal Heavy Equipment Mechanic for a job in the greater St. John s area. The Heavy Equipment Technician position offers training growth work/life balance as well as competitive wages and benefits.

Compensation

$37.00 $43.00/hour to start. Benefits available after 90 days include:

Schedule

Day Shift Monday Friday; 8:00am 5:00pm OR Afternoons. Some overtime and flexibility will be required from time to time to accommodate emergencies.

Requirements

• Valid Red Seal Certification & Driver s License
  
• Knowledgeable in Caterpillar Cummins Komatsu CASE Kobelco John Deere Hitachi Terex etc.
  
• Daily duties include PM services to full overhauls of engines undercarriage hydraulics A/C Exhaust brakes transmissions etc.
  
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
  
• Welding and fabrication
  
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting
