This regional employeeowned general contractor has been in operation for over 80 years. They have built a diverse portfolio of completed projects in a range of market sectors including commercial federal hospitality and multifamily.
Due to continued expansion and a secure longterm pipeline of projects they are appointing a Lead Project Manager to oversee projects in their vertical infrastructure division working on local state and federal funded projects.
In this role you will lead projects onsite managing schedules quality control and safety whilst overseeing subcontractors and direct labor.
