Head Waiter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress who is proficient in both English and German languages to join our team. As a waiter/waitress you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests taking orders serving food and beverages and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Tasks

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle payments and operate cash register when necessary.
• Uphold company standards of quality and service at all times.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and German languages (verbal and written) is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress for a minimum of 23 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and customeroriented approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
• Food handling certification is a plus.
