Work location: Canton St. Gallen

Home office: For EU residents 1 day for Swiss residents at least 2 days

Reporting Line: Head SCM (product range)

As a Senior Supply Chain Specialist your primary mission is to oversee and enhance supply chain operations for your designated product range. Leveraging your strategic insight and leadership youll develop supply chain strategies aligned with our objectives ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction at optimal costs.

Tasks

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the development and implementation of supply chain strategies in collaboration with Strategic Sourcing (Category Management) and Operations to drive efficiency gains and cost reductions.
• Take charge of achieving operational excellence and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) within the supply chain team.
• Forge strong partnerships across departments such as Sales Product Management Engineering and Operations to ensure seamless coordination and optimization of the supply chain.
• Direct and oversee specific supply chain functions for product areas focusing on advanced strategies resource allocation and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Strategically plan and execute procurement activities to proactively meet and exceed product demand requirements.

Requirements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Engineering International Management Economics or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Planning (5 years) and proficiency in supply chain management or related fields showcasing advanced knowledge and skills.g
• Leadership experience in managing teams
• Exceptional communication abilities and a proven track record of successful teamwork.
• Fluent in both German and English with the ability to engage effectively in crosscultural environments.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decisionmaking.
