Your Commitment will include

• You are responsible for leading organizing motivating and developing employees as a test manager test architect and testing engineers.
• You are accountable for achieving goals (with independent yearly planning/budgeting) ensuring the quality of performance and enhancing the efficiency of your area of responsibility.
• You formulate an IT quality strategy to ensure that the quality aligns with the expectations of customers and partners.
• You continuously evolve the testing vision identifying gaps and proposing methods to address them.
• You refine and advance the testing approach for software quality assurance including CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
• You maintain professional constructive and commercially productive relationships with customers partners and other organizational units.
• You engage in regular exchanges with our Agile Release Trains and support a Community of Practice.

Requirements

Achieving the difference requires

• Higher education in business administration or a technical field (university technical college etc.).
• Several years of experience leading a testing/QA team and extensive expertise in the testing/QA domain (progression regression) testing automation and tools.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a test manager. Analytical and conceptual skills to systematically address interconnected issues with sometimes high complexity and internal dependencies.
• Practical knowledge of agile project methodologies (Scrum SAFe etc.) especially in the context of testing.
• Proficient in spoken and written German fluent in English knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
