Job Objective:
To oversee the strategic planning of all business units of CardinalStone Partners by
providing insights in line with industry and market trends to business leaders. To lead the company s
corporate strategy and development plan for the immediate and long term.
- Responsible for developing and delivering transformational initiatives across the
company. - Provide strategic direction for all CardinalStone business units.
- Provide short and longterm strategic recommendations to the business s executives that are meant to develop and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Review the feasibility of new markets and businesses as well as their potential growth opportunities.
- Develop plan and implement CardinalStones strategy at the corporate and board level ensuring articulated initiatives are practicable and aligned with the companys vision.
- Work collaboratively with business leaders to shape their future by addressing their most complex and critical growth issues.
- Present insights and recommendations enabled by strategic thinking technical knowledge and strong communication skills.
- Analyzing the financial services ecosystem and seeking opportunities for the company to help business growth and diversification.
Requirements
- First degree in any relevant field
- NYSC Completed
- 9 14 years relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position
- Experience across strategy development and implementation operational improvement macroeconomic research and interpretation and financial analysis
Good technology related university degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Numeric Science; Certifications in Project Management, ITIL, Oracle Database Administration, IT Business Analysis will be will be added advantages Minimum of 3 years cognate IT and Core Banking Application Management experience in a large to medium size bank/ financial institution or CBA Services Organization Job Knowledge Adequate knowledge of Flexcube CBA Functional and Technical Operations Adequate knowledge of Oracle And SQL Server Database Configurations and Installations Adequate Knowledge of Database Administration for data analysis and issue resolution purposes Adequate knowledge of PL/SQL Scripting and procedure debugging Knowledge of Application debug tools e.g.Windows Event Viewer and Debug view
