Job Purpose

The Head Retail Management will oversee the daytoday operations of the retail business ensuring smooth functioning optimizing sales and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will lead and manage a team of RSA s to ensure smooth acquisition and onboarding of retail partners on our platform.


Job Responsibilities

  • Drive and champion sales initiative.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with retail partners to understand their needs challenges and opportunities.
  • Manage and supervise a team of Retail Leads
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key retail accounts ensuring satisfaction and fostering longterm partnerships.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new retail partners ensuring a seamless integration into the platform.
  • Implement strategies to enhance retailer support efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in the retailer management function.
  • Oversee the layout and visual presentation of merchandise to attract customers and drive sales.
  • Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to boost sales.
  • Gather feedback from retail partners regarding platform usability features and overall satisfaction and make adjustments as needed.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.




Requirements

Special Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 810 years of experience in retail management account management or a related role in the Ecommerce or FMCG distribution company.
  • Extensive experience with retail sales driven by field officers
  • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a passion for building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
