As part of sales forecasting process the position is responsible for reviewing the data provided by Zonal Sales Manager/s and Area Sales Manager/s and work closly with the National Heads of the three sectors (Agri Non Agri and Projects) to provide accurate projections about market and business conditions anticipated production levels and other factors.
2. Estimate the future volume by predicting how much of each product lines will sell in the next week month quarter or year and hence provides a projected measure of how each of the markets (Agri Non Agri and Projects) will respond to FILs gotomarket efforts.
3. Develop effective forecast models based on pipe industry trends and demand patterns and institutionalize monthly forecast models.
4.Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team customizing the monthly schemes and design and implement a strategic business plan that expands FILs foothold as per tha plan for each target sectors
5. Promote the benefits of each product category and how it helps the customer resolve their challenges or achieve their goals
6. Set targets for the Pipes & Fittings Sales department and collaborate with the marketing and related stakeholedrs to help motivate the sales team in achieving the results; find prospective customers and new avenues from the market
Customer Needs and Loyalty
1. Lead the Customer Success Cell to handle customer inquiries and provide prompt answers to customer questions. The Customer Susccess Cell provides knowledgeable help to customers and goes the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries.
2. Guide and adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively.
3 Equip and guide the Customer Success Cell to provide detailed information about the products and services offered to the customers.
