- Management of 3-2 research teams dealing with issues related to quality control and assurance, result thinking, consulting and strategic thinking
- Management and promotion of work with partners in the government, JDC Israel, academia and third sector organizations, in Israel and abroad
- Planning and managing an annual divisional work plan, including project management, budget and manpower
- Initiation, planning and implementation of cross-organizational projects
