Our client is an awardwinning consumer brand that is revolutionizing their industry. They are a wellknown global organization with an incredible culture and an awardwinning CEO. They are looking to hire a Head of Sales. This leader will lead a high performing team drive performance and lead with example by building strong client relationships.
  • Lead and motivate a high performing sales team
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and territory
  • Meet with potential clients and grow longlasting relationships
  • Recruit high performing sales representatives
  • Train and coach sales representatives monitor their performance and set metrics/KPIs
  • Represent the brand effectively with comprehensive knowledge of service offerings
  • Creating a strategic plan to hit sales goals by analyzing performance data and making forecasts
  • Generate leads and nurture existing client relationships
  • Contribute to a highperformance culture
  • Reporting into VP of Commercial


Requirements

  • 35 years of sales or business development experience
  • 1 years of supervisory or team management experience
  • Proven track record meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to lead people drive positive results and achieve goals
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software; Salesforce an asset
  • Driver s license and clean driving record
  • Must be located in Toronto
  • This is an inoffice opportunity located in Leslieville Toronto
  • Player/coach mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • You value exceptional customer experience and respond positively to challenges
  • Strong ability to coach others to develop their skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Experience selling into retail construction or property management is a plus
  • Bachelor s degree in business marketing communication business administration or a related field desired but not required
