Job Description: Head of Product Design

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the product design team in creating usercentric designs that enhance the online shopping experience
• Define and drive the overall design strategy for company aligning with business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management engineering and marketing to ensure designs meet user needs and business requirements
• Manage the endtoend design process from concept ideation to final product delivery
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in design to continuously improve ModeSens' platform

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field
• Proven experience leading a product design team in a fastpaced technologydriven environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and usercentered design principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams

Desired Experience:

• 3 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
• Experience working in the fashion or ecommerce industry is a plus
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools
