- Teach group lessons and conduct orchestras
- Supervise and advise music teachers with regard to didactic, pedagogic, and musical skills
- Provide educational material and repertoire incl. writing arrangements for orchestras and choirs
- Functional supervission of the Music Teachers inclouding effective staff development.
- Create teaching schedules
- The responsibility for the instrument stock.
- Plan and organize concerts and other performances
- Contribute to the development of the program.
