Born in 2009 we are a leading European softwareasaservice (SaaS) company on a mission to build robust highquality longlasting projects. Our high performance cloudnative flagship solutions such as Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) helps complex businesses implement new omnichannel operations orchestrate critical business processes and improve customer promises across all business channels. We meet the highest IT requirements by achieving performance robustness configurability easy integration while also mitigating IT risks.

Kbrw is selffounded and has grown significantly over the last five years with a 30% increase in its headcount and its revenue every year. Our solutions are already used by seven CAC40 companies and deployed in over 16000 sales outlets in more than 120 countries managing a total transaction value in excess of 30 billion!

With offices in Paris Bordeaux Lille ClermontFerrand and Barcelona our reach is global and we aim to reach 200 employees by 2024!

Welcome to our dynamic and friendly Marketing team! As a key member your contributions will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies that drive Kbrws growth initiatives.

Our unified Marketing team is committed to engaging in collaborative efforts encouraging empowerment fostering a caring environment and driving performance.

As Head of Marketing youll be at the forefront of shaping our Marketing strategy working hand in hand with Philippe our CEO.

What will I be doing

• Building the Marketing strategy of the company to enable Kbrw to reach its growth targets

• Creating the marketing plan to implement this strategy with your team

• Implementing an ambitious branding strategy

• Managing the members of your team helping them achieve their objectives and grow their Marketing skills. They are covering different areas:

  • Lead Generation: Inbound Marketing and Outbound Marketing

  • Content Marketing Social marketing and SEM

  • Product Marketing and Branding

  • Events

  • BDR

• Collaborating closely with the CEO and the Sales and Product teams

• The mission of the Marketing department is the following :

  • Making the value of Kbrw visible and understood by current and future customers

  • Building a unique offering for our customers and partners

  • Helping the prospects progress easily through their buying journey

  • Building the front end of the Sales pipe to enable the scalable growth of Kbrw

  • Understanding in depth how our current and future customers buy.

What do I need from you

• Masters degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business

• 10 years of experience in the marketing of tech products ideally in a Saas company

• Strong team player and manager you have prior experience in managing a team of at least 3 people

• International experience and demonstrable experience in growing a pipe from Marketing strategies both offline and online

• Proficient in Inbound Outbound Content Marketing Social marketing Branding Events SEM Team Management

• Recognized for strong Marketing skills and business acumen

• Excellent communication skills (in French and English) with a knack for connecting with diverse stakeholders
