Job Description:

As a Research Analyst specializing in the Banking Sector at Zarea Private Limited you will play a pivotal role in gathering analyzing and interpreting data relevant to the financial landscape. Your insights will contribute to strategic decisionmaking processes and help shape Zareas approach to banking relationships. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the banking industry financial markets and economic trends.

Responsibilities:

Conduct indepth research on the banking sector including market trends competitor analysis and regulatory developments.

Analyze financial data economic indicators and industry reports to provide actionable insights.

Stay informed about macroeconomic factors that may impact the banking sector and Zareas operations.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop strategies for optimizing banking relationships and financial processes.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings to key stakeholders.

Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of key players in the banking industry.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g. MBA) are a plus.

Proven experience as a Research Analyst preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in using research tools databases and financial modeling techniques.

Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality accurate results.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
