I am recruiting for a very exciting senior fitness job based in South East of England. This is a great opportunity for a commercially focussed operator who wants to join the head office team of this very successful operator.

As a head of Franchise Performance for the south you will have overall responsibility of commercial performance of the entire southern club estate. This fitness job is very strategic and you will be responsible for: Sales and marketing learning and development product training (through a direct report) and customer service standards. You will also be managing a team of franchise performance coaches whereyou will be expected to develop an already excellentthis team. One of the most recognisable names within the fitness industry our client had great success in 2023 and are looking to continue this going into 2024 with a whole host of new openings and exciting developments on their existing sites

I am looking to speak to candidates with the following experiences

• Multisite experience in the fitness industry (regional manager regional sales manager general manager head of operations)
• Preferable experience of working in the franchise space
• Passionate about learning and development and experience of developing L&D programs
• Based in or around the London area
