The Role


Our trainees and Early Careers Associates are core to us at Gravita. Were looking for someone to lead our Early Careers efforts and enable our early career colleagues to succeed within the business. Partnering with the Service Lines Support teams and key stakeholders you will develop and drive our Early Careers strategy continuously improving and evolving our training programs to provide the best possible experience for our trainees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage data to develop and lead the execution of Gravitas Early Careers strategy in line with our overall business objectives
  • Oversee the various training programs and pathways; partner with our learning providers to enable early career and newtocareer colleagues to successfully progress within Gravita
  • Facilitate the coaching and development of Early Careers trainees and Associates encouraging an open and inclusive environment where individual skills are recognized and encouraged
  • Design and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency across various training programs and legacy firms
  • Plan and drive the recruitment of the best Trainees Associates (to study professional qualifications including but not limited to ACA and ACCA) Analysts Summer Interns Apprentices Return to Work Colleagues New Career Entrants
  • Embed diversity in all aspects of recruitment and development to deliver outstanding colleague engagement and experiences

The ideal candidate
  • Preferably demonstrated Early Careers experience in a Professional Service fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrable ability in leading and developing others as well as working as part of a team.
  • A passion for seeing others thrive and grow with an appreciation of measures and approaches to enable and support individual success.
  • Experience designing and executing hiring strategies for early careers recruitment including developing creative approaches to attract a diverse candidate pool.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels across Gravita and externally.
  • Problemsolving skills combined with being highly organized and being able to prioritise efficiently
  • Strong analytical skills attention to detail and project management skills.

The Nitty Gritty
  • Our standard working week is a 37.5hour week on a hybrid basis (with up to 50% of your time across the month home based and the other 50% office based)
  • Core working hours are 10am 4pm Monday to Friday
