- Managing the systems application process, including, but not limited to, the collection, analysis and final acceptance of requirements by the beneficiaries, according to the best standards and practices in this regard, in order to ensure that the applied systems conform to the needs of business departments and as expected.
- Researching new technologies and proposing new technological solutions to improve the performance of information systems within the Monetary Authority.
- - Overseeing product and supplier evaluation, application of requirements, customization of software to suit business needs and integration with existing systems.
