The IT Project Manager will be responsible for driving strategic vision defining and achieving project outcomes and ensuring deliverables are met with a high standard of excellence. Duties include but may not be limited to:

Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at modernizing and optimizing the HCM systems and processes.

Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
.
Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope objectives deliverables and timelines for HCM transformation initiatives.
.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align project goals with organizational strategy.
.
Engage and communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams executive leadership and external vendors to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively address stakeholder concerns and escalate issues as necessary.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables. Proactively monitor project risks and issues implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.

Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to leverage expertise and resources for successful project delivery. Manage vendor relationships contracts and service level agreements to ensure compliance and value for the organization.

Guide knowledge transfer processes to ensure continuity and understanding of project specifics among all team members and stakeholders.

Five (5) years of substantive Project Management experience in IT.
.
Two (2) years of direct engagement with Project Sponsors Stakeholders Subject Matter Experts and Development Team Members.
.
Proven experience managing technology transformation projects including system implementations process improvements and organizational change initiatives.
.
Strong understanding of HCM technologies including HRIS payroll systems talent management and workforce analytics platforms.
.
Ability to think strategically prioritize objectives and make datadriven decision to drive project success.
.
Experience managing crossfunctional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a matrix organization.
.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time within budget and with high quality results.
.
Proficiency with various project management methodologies including both traditional Waterfall and Agile frameworks and the aptitude to apply them where appropriate.
.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field Required
.
Agile and Scrum Master Certifications Preferred
.
Must have ability to travel to client site as needed.
