Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for hardware components.
• Identify and document hardware defects and failures.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to understand product requirements and specifications.
• Design and implement automated test procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Conduct performance and reliability testing of hardware products.
• Document test results and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Participate in the validation and verification of hardware designs.
• Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hardware testing.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in hardware testing and validation.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of PCB design and debugging techniques.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and communicate effectively.
• Experience in performance and reliability testing of hardware products.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Detailoriented with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy.
