We are recruiting for a this fitness job in Epsom for one of the UKs leading leisure club chains who have gyms all over the UK. Responsibilities:

• Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee the daytoday operations of the gym ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for both staff and members.
• Member Engagement: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere interact with members and address their needs and concerns promptly.
• Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of fitness professionals and support staff ensuring they deliver exceptional service.
• Equipment Maintenance: Monitor the condition of gym equipment perform regular checks and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols cleanliness standards and industry regulations.
• Program Coordination: Collaborate with fitness instructors to organize and promote fitness programs classes and events.
• Membership Sales Support: Assist in membership sales and retention efforts providing information and support to potential and existing members.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise techniques.
• Level 3 Personal Trainer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Customerfocused mindset with a passion for health and wellness.
