Our innovative WYLD Card allows influencers to earn cashback on their preferred brands revolutionizing the way they engage with and benefit from their digital influence. As we continue to grow we are on the lookout for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify nurture and manage strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and facilitate growth.
  • Ambassador Program Oversight: Manage the recruitment training and support of college ambassadors to amplify brand presence and drive community engagement.
  • User Acquisition Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize user acquisition funnels across multiple channels ensuring efficient growth and engagement.
  • Networking and Outreach: Actively participate in networking events industry conferences and stakeholder meetings to expand our network and forge impactful relationships.
  • Customer Outreach Efficiency: Establish streamlined processes for effective customer outreach ensuring timely and personalized communication with partners and clients.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate enduring relationships with partners ambassadors and stakeholders through regular communication and strategic collaboration.
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to devise and execute commercial strategies for partnership initiatives driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Network Expansion Initiatives: Leverage existing connections and proactively seek new opportunities to broaden our reach and establish valuable partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record in partnership development user acquisition or similar roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problemsolving.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
  • Existing professional network or demonstrated ability to build and leverage new connections is advantageous.
