We are looking for a growth-minded marketing professional to join our Global Marketing team in Helsinki on our mission to make buying and selling homes fast, simple and safe and support our expansion into new markets and product categories.

You are a tech-savvy marketing specialist who can create growth strategies based on customer understanding, and excited to work hands-on to implement them. We expect you to have an analytical mind and a data-driven approach. The main tasks include building, leading, and implementing our performance marketing strategy in all our markets, including Finland, Spain, and Poland. In this role, you will focus on driving marketing and brand awareness as well as taking responsibility for implementing the growth activities together with the global marketing team as well as the software development and operational team.

Here are a few challenges we have for you:

  • Understanding the customer journey to test, develop and scale digital marketing initiatives.
  • Planning, executing, testing, and scaling our customer acquisition through digital marketing activities. In particular, lead generation is an important metric for us, given that we are a sales-driven company.
  • Initiating and conducting tests to challenge existing activities to find what best supports business reaching the goals, and making sure priorities and focus are on the right things.
  • Being a part of driving our digital customer experience and customer journey in tight collaboration with our software development and operational teams.
  • Building brand equity by ensuring the consistent and on-brand execution of communication.
  • Developing our metrics and analytics and supporting your colleagues with insights from data.

You are our perfect match if

  • You have at least 3 years experience working with performance marketing (ie. Meta or Google Ads platforms) and experience and knowledge of marketing strategies, marketing planning, and execution.
  • It s a plus if you are familiar with marketing automation solutions and CRM systems, or SEO.
  • As a team member, you are proactive with a positive and professional attitude. You can lead your own work and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You can work both independently and in a team environment. Strong time management skills are needed in this role.
