Tasks

Job Overview:

The Growth Marketing Manager is a pivotal role within our marketing team responsible for driving customer acquisition retention and revenue growth through strategic and datadriven marketing initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels analytics and a passion for optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset capable of developing and executing innovative strategies to meet aggressive business goals.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management

• Create and manage engaging content marketing initiatives including blog posts case studies whitepapers and webinars that demonstrate our expertise and thought leadership
• Create and manage engaging personalized outbound campaigns to drive MQLs linked to marketing initiatives
• Promote the marketing initiatives on all relevant channels for the company to maximize ROI and Lead Generation
• Plan and execute participation in industry events trade shows and conferences that allow us to showcase our solutions and connect with potential customers

Data focus and tooling ownership

• Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Deploy manage and optimize necessary marketing and CRM tooling to deliver the maximum value (Salesforce Mailchimp GA4 SEO Linkedin etc) including data quality
• Deploy manage and optimize campaign tooling like Webflow (CMS) Mailchimp (Marketing Automation) Lemlist (Sales Automation) connected through native or custom integrations (Make)
• Manage relationships with external partners freelances and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Data science or Digital Marketing (technical)
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment

Great plus

• Knowledge of salesforce
• Passion for mobile infrastructure cybersecurity geopolitics and related fields

Language requirements

• English fluent speaker
• French optional
