Growth Marketer

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing and SMS strategies to achieve business growth objectives with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  
• Create compelling and engaging content in for email marketing and SMS campaigns.
  
• Propose and execute creative email marketing and SMS campaigns tailored to our target audience and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  
• Utilize CRM systems to create workflows email sequences and SMS campaigns for effective lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  
• Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends optimize strategies and maximize ROI including tracking customer journeys and sales funnels specific to email marketing and SMS providing insights and recommendations for future strategies and making decisions and changes based on performance metrics.
  
• Proactively solve problems and address challenges to ensure campaign success taking initiative and not waiting to be told what to do.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve overall team performance contributing ideas to enhance all our marketing efforts and drive results.
  
• Take ownership of email marketing and SMS projects and initiatives working independently and being accountable for results.
  
• Be resultsdriven setting clear goals and metrics and making datadriven decisions to drive growth and achieve marketing objectives specifically for email marketing and SMS.
  

Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in email marketing and SMS marketing or a related field with a proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving marketing objectives specifically in these areas.
  
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho) and data analysis tools specific to email marketing and SMS.
  
• Creative thinker with a resultsdriven mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation specifically through email marketing and SMS.
  
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and the ability to work independently taking ownership of email marketing and SMS initiatives.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely specifically in relation to email marketing and SMS.
  
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Additional certifications in email marketing SMS marketing or related disciplines are a plus.
  
• Proficiency in designing marketing assets and collateral using Figma.
  
• Advanced English is a must.
