Job Description

  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans.
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
  • Host inhouse recruitment events.
  • Maintain good relations with the employees and develop an environment of trust.
  • Discuss employees career development paths with managers.
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates compensation analysis and costperhire).
  • Review departmental budgets.
  • Organize learning and development programs.
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees requests and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Should be able to organize and lead events.
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
  • Developing and implementing human resources policies.
  • Supporting strategic objectives.
  • Manages human resources operations by recruiting selecting orienting training coaching and counseling staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
  • Motivating and supporting current staff.
  • Maintaining staff records.
  • Handling employee benefits.
  • Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
  • Designing and directing training programs.
  • Manage and Improve HR processes and implement strategies that support business growth.
  • Manage and Improve morale and employee retention and enhance safety and wellness.
  • Strengthen relations between Employees and Management.
  • Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Supports management by providing human resources advice counsel and decisions.
  • Managing Employee Attendance Records and Error Free Salary Processing.

Tasks

  • Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards and other recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
  • Manage weekly time sheets and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Coordinate the deployment of staff to client locations on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Provide exceptional client service addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and client management.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
