Tasks

Responsibilities

1. Play the role of director on behalf of the company shareholder.

2. Deal with matters related to SECP FBR and other departments.

3. Routine management of the company.

4. Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and inhouse policies to maintain the companys legality and business ethics.

5. Review financial and nonfinancial reports to devise solutions or improvements.

6. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.

7. Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
