Role and Responsibilities:
As an Airport Staff in Ground Handling you will play a pivotal role in delivering topnotch customer service to passengers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with checkin procedures baggage handling and boarding processes. You will ensure the safety and security of passengers by adhering to airport regulations and procedures. Additionally you will address passenger inquiries and concerns handle baggage and cargo transportation and collaborate with ground staff and flight crews for seamless operations. Your role will also involve accommodating passengers with disabilities or special needs maintaining airport facilities cleanliness implementing emergency procedures and staying updated with airline policies and industry trends.
Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with a minimum educational qualification of 102 or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with a customer serviceoriented approach and a friendly demeanor. The role requires the ability to work in a fastpaced environment willingness to work in shifts basic computer skills physical fitness and the capability to lift heavy objects. Knowledge of emergency response procedures and first aid is considered advantageous.
