Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and engaging content for social media platforms including static posts reels carousels and hiring ads.
• Develop graphics and visuals that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our messaging.
• Conceptualize and design infographics mockups and other multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create internal communication graphics for work anniversary posts birthday celebrations promotions and more.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our visuals remain fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities.
• Proficiency in Canva Adobe Photoshop and other design software/tools.
• Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment and quickly learn new concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Understanding of social media platforms and how visuals perform on each platform.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.

Nice to Have:

• Ability to create content based on creative briefs demonstrating a selfstarter mentality.
• Experience with tools such as Veed Social Champ and Descript.
• A Behance portfolio highlighting your past work and creative projects.
