Graphic designer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral including but not limited to brochures banners logos social media graphics and website content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and translate them into visual assets
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs to keep our materials fresh and innovative
• Manage and organize design files for easy access and retrieval
• Ensure all graphics and designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Work with external printers and ensure their quality and maintain a network of print vendors
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction visuals and experience
• Brainstorm new ideas layouts and graphics that align with project requirements
• Participate in the creative process and offer input and ideas
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in terms of intellectual property and file management
• Create and implement efficient workflows and processes for delivering highquality designs within tight deadlines
• Visualize and create designs that conveys a story or message effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
• Strong understanding of typography layout color and visual communication principles
• Experience with digital illustration and iconography
• Understanding of design principles and fundamentals
