Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advertising strategies across Google and Facebook with the goal of driving growth and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and create ad copy that speaks to our target audience.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for maximum effectiveness on a daily basis.
• Work with our creative team to develop compelling visual content for ads.
• Develop A/B testing experiments to improve the performance of our campaigns.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Advertising or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Experience working in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
