German speaking Emergency Dispatcher

• C1 or C2 proficiency in German (both spoken and written)
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher)
• At least 6 months of experience in emergency services dispatch or a related field (e.g. healthcare military fire department police)
• A calm and collected demeanor under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

• Prior experience working in a highpressure emergency communication center environment
• Experience using a CAD (computerassisted dispatch) application
• Knowledge of laws protocols and compliance related to emergency services
• A recent CPR certification
