Role Overview: As a German Customer Support Specialist youll deliver exceptional service to our clients by addressing inquiries resolving issues and updating information across various platforms including phone email and chat.   • Update Information: Ensure accurate and uptodate information is provided to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Update Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Ensure Satisfaction: Work diligently to ensure that customers needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Offer Guidance: Provide guidance and assistance to customers helping them navigate through our products and services effectively.
  • Analyze Issues: Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assess Reports: Assess reports and metrics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Implement Fixes: Collaborate with relevant teams to implement fixes and enhancements to our systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • C1 proficiency in German
  • B2 proficiency in English
