Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from consumers
• Handle Web Messaging interactions

Required skills

• Fluent in German
• Working proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous call centre or related experience is desirable
• Ability to use the desktop computer system
• Ability to use Internet applications
• Excellent listening skills
• Lead with empathy and build trust during the sales engagement
