We seek a candidate who possesses proficiency in the German language and has a background in German payroll familiarity with German social security and taxation regulations and a track record of working with collective bargaining agreements in a German context. Tasks

  • Providing precise and punctual payroll services with a commitment to meeting deadlines and promptly addressing financial and audit inquiries.
  • Analysing performance data to pinpoint underlying issues identify performance gaps and contribute to operational enhancements.
  • In the realm of reporting generate onthefly reports create and manage regular standard report distributions to the business and refine reporting processes to ensure the datas reliability validity and integrity for management reporting and analysis. Ensure that manual reports are properly stored and wellorganized.
  • Elevating the departments and organizations standing by taking ownership of unique requests and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance service quality. Suggest improvements to streamline processes and enhance customer service.
  • Consistently delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and communicative in English
  • At least 3 years experience working in German Payroll
  • Ability to work with liberty and within respect of deadlines
  • Must be able to work well with internal and external teams in a collaborative diverse international and fast paced environment
  • Detailoriented and organized with good inquiring and problemsolving abilities
  • Experience working with various HR Systems and with PC applications
