Netafim is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain management principles and proven experience in optimizing supply chain processes for efficiency and costeffectiveness.
Major areas of responsibility main processes tasks:
Ensure a safe reliable and efficient supply chain to be a support tool for the business guaranteeing the purchasing logistics planning and customer service processes that impact customer satisfaction (internal and external) maintaining budget and inventory control.
Responsibilities:
General Managing:
Design manage and supervise supply chain processes. Periodically monitor results through indicators and followup meetings. Make corrective actions according to the results. Report and explain results to corporate.
Ensuring the companys supply with the effectiveness of forecast construction and demand planning
Develop and homologate suppliers. Establish and maintain business relationships with key suppliers to promote longterm profit maximizing relationships.
To guarantee the proper procedure for imports carried out within the operation in compliance with legal regulations and efficient management of resources.
Ensure the correct planning of the demand through constant communication with the commercial area and a punctual followup to the control and classification of inventories.
Ensure budgetary and inventory compliance and followup. Ensure that the use of these resources is done in the best possible way and maximizes the return.
Ensure inventory levels according to corporate policies that allow optimal levels of service to our customers.
Oversee the transfer of inventory between warehouses according to customer requirements and expected service levels.
To ensure quality in the delivery of products to our customers.
Determine service strategies in terms of customer followup manage their complaints establish the most appropriate communication mechanisms and the delivery of our products according to the agreed conditions and quality which satisfactorily meet their needs providing the highest level of service.
Oversee the proper management of customer complaints to ensure good service its final resolution and guaranteeing the recovery of warranty costs incurred as well as constant followup with suppliers to provide the expected quality.
