Pompano Beach FL
A leader in the Commercial Outdoor Decor industry has an opening for a General Manager to oversee all Warehouse operations in two facilities as well as the Fabrication facility and additionally handle all installation and fleet teams. We distribute Christmas and holiday banners decorations and flags to municipalities nonprofits and corporations throughout the State of Florida. Based out of the Pompano Beach warehouse this person will have direct oversight for inventory refurbishing installation and direct HR initiatives for employees. Financial oversight with budgeting CapEx P&L and Operations will also play a big role in the sustainability and profitability of all Florida locations. You must be willing to be a Change Agent throughout all of Florida's operations.

Details:
- Manage all aspects of Installation and Fleet throughout the State of Florida
- Manage Fabrication schedules and output
- Oversight of P&L and Cost of Goods for Florida Business Units
- Responsible for staffing hiring training scheduling reviews and corrective action for the Florida Business Unit
- Manage any 3rd party contracts and partnerships when necessary
- Maintain companywide SPOs in the FL Business Unit
- Set and Maintain high levels of expectation for Customer Service
- Ensure things like Safety Documentation Inventory and Record Keeping are held to high standards of accuracy and attention
- Track monitor and provide corporate status reports on orders inventory installs and overall operations
- Handle all customer and team conflicts to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain the fleet and all PM's associated; additional external oversight when rental equipment is needed for installation projects
- Maintain a clean safe and friendly working environment in all locations
- Must be a Team Player
- 7 to 10 years of experience in managing installation timelines job crews fleet maintenance and or service calls.
- Warehouse and Distribution facility management is a bonus.
- College degree or equivalent and directly relevant industry experience
- Project Management skills are a big plus
- Proficient skills with
- Microsoft Suite (Excel and Pivot Tables)
- Sage Intacct
- Salesforce
- Smartsheet
- WMS
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics to make recommendations for improved processes
- Must be able to:

- Mentor and Train
- Travel to multiple locations between South Florida and Central Florida
